What is the difference between Comprehensive and TPFT?
Comprehensive covers damage to your car as a result of an accident, fire or theft as well as cover for your windscreen damage. You are also covered for third party damage if you have an accident. Comprehensive cover includes other items such as personal accident, injury, death of policyholder, medical expenses, personal effects and in-car entertainment. Third party fire and theft covers damage to your car as a result of fire or theft and covers for third party damage if you have an accident.

Can I get a quotation if I don't have a registration number?
Yes. We understand that there may be circumstances where you won't be able to have the registration number of the car you want to insure. You can select from our list of cars to get a quotation, but if you decide that you want to buy the policy, then you will need to know the registration number.

Do I need to provide evidence of my no claims bonus (NCD)?
Yes, if you decide to take out a policy with us you will need to provide evidence of your no claims bonus. Your proof of bonus is usually one of the documents in your renewal invitation from your most recent insurer. We only accept original no claims bonus from UK insurers, relating to a no claims bonus which has been earned on a private car insurance policy.

Can I insure two cars at the same time?
On most policies we are able to extend your policy to cover more then one vehicle on a short-term basis. If you would like to do this please 'contact us'. If you need cover for a second vehicle on an ongoing basis you please have to set up a separate annual policy, please 'contact us' so you can pick up your second car discount.

How do I get my certificate of Motor Insurance?
Your certificate of motor insurance is held on our system and will be posted to your contact address by first class mail within 24 'working' hours of you buying the policy.

How do I amend my policy details i.e. Change of vehicle or address?
If you are buying a new car and want to transfer your policy, your moving address, or any other details have changed please 'contact us' and our underwriting team will amend your current policy.

How do I get an Insurance quote?
Simply complete the online application form accessed from the Home Page or 'Get a Quote ' tab. We will provide you with a quotation based on the information that you have provided, we will then send you an email confirming the quotation, along with you unique reference number. The quotation saves automatically.

Can I have immediate cover?
Yes. Cover is provided once payment details have been taken and processed and starts from the start date you have entered. We will confirm receipt of your purchase by sending an e-mail to you. This email will be evidence of our receipt of your details and confirmation of any action taken. We cannot take responsibility for not carrying out instructions unless confirmed to you.

How can I pay for my policy?
You can pay using your credit, debit or switch card or you may prefer to pay over 10 months using our flexible direct debit plan.
